Our Progress Workforce Division includes Innovative Alliance, Complete Training Solutions, Prepare to Achieve and Grey Matter Learning. Across this division, we provide training to those aged 18+, supporting them to move into work, up-skill or retrain.
Our industry-led approach to training means that we are constantly innovating and evolving to meet the needs of industry. Currently, our specialist sectors include health and social care, (clean) construction and education; sectors that have been identified as having significant skills-shortages.
Through our partnership working and strong links with employers nationally, we help to connect individuals to job opportunities, whilst also delivering a range of bespoke training solutions.

As a leading health and safety training provider for the renewable energy and construction industries, CTS offer a wide range of commercial training courses suitable for individuals who are new to the industry or who are looking to retrain. They operate from their two sites on Liverpool waterfront.
Complete Skills Solutions
Complete Skills Solutions (formerly Innovative Alliance) is an adult education training provider who help to equip individuals with the knowledge and qualifications they need to progress into further education or training. They have earnt a strong reputation for ethical delivery of quality training across Liverpool City Region, which focuses on delivery and destination of their learners.
Grey Matter Learning
Grey Matter Learning are a learntech company on a mission to improve lives through learning. They offer e-learning for the social care sector, as well as some face-to-face delivery. They are passionate about constantly innovating in order to meet the needs of this growing industry.
Prepare to Achieve
A specialist End-Point Assessment Organisation, Prepare to Achieve is 100% dedicated to the adult social care market. PTA deliver their End-Point Assessment services using their bespoke EPA platform which is accessible to apprentices 24/7. They pride themselves on their flexible and fuss-free approach to EPA.
