In order to match the demand of our growing community, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join our Northampton school.
At Progress Schools Northampton, we accept students from KS3 or KS4. Progress Schools are small but perfectly formed, with an average of 30-55 pupils on roll. Our sole focus is to help young people achieve positive progressions that will allow them to return to mainstream schools or enter into Further Education. We provide opportunities for children who need a safe space outside of home, alongside adults who can provide a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment.
With this in mind, we would love to hear from applicants who are passionate about working with young people who need support to make positive changes. If they are able to lead a team of peers with the same mindset, that would be highly beneficial.
