A unique opening has arisen to be a key part of the leadership team within Progress Schools as the Deputy Head of one of our schools.
To assist the Head of School in operationally managing the performance of the school, through close relationships with other members of the senior and wider leadership teams and Managing Director by ensuring that the school is providing high quality education, in-line with statutory compliance and legal duty. Ensuring the school is always inspection-ready by being an outstanding provision.
The Deputy Head of School will focus specifically on safeguarding, SEND and behaviour across the school under the leadership of the Head of School and wider leadership team.
We are looking for passionate and ambitious individuals who can create a safe and encouraging environment in order for their students to learn and flourish. This role would suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their education career and explore the management of a small setting and staff team.
