Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious, tenacious telesales professionals who thrive in past paced, high performing sales environments. You will be energetic, motivated with have a passion for creating outstanding relationships and with prospective customers.
Your prospective customers will be social care providers in the Northwest including managers of care organisations or resourcing leads who recruit colleagues for their care organisation.
You will be required to successfully reach out to and engage with prospective care organisations in the region using email, phone to, generate leads and appointments for our regional Customer Engagement team to visit care sites and demo Flourish’s platform and showcase the many benefits it will bring to their organisation.
